How it Works

Our catering crew travels ANYWHERE for any size event—there's no group too big or too small. At your location, we'll set up the food in a buffet line, allowing for complete self-service.  We also offer custom cooking, on-location cooking, and party trays! While we're known for our BBQ fare, we offer a fantastic selection of other menu items to choose from, including:

• All quoted prices for our catering services are per person
• All quoted prices are for 50 people or more
• All prices are subject to an 8.25% sales tax
• Gratuity on buffet service is at customer discretion
• No hidden fees!!!
• 'Fancy' Disposable Dinnerware - $3.50/person
• There will be a $100/hour stand-by fee added per Desperado if service is more than 45 minutes past the agreed upon serving time, if service exceeds the one hour time frame, or if you would like for us to serve for multiple hours. Please note this is NOT a gratuity.
• For 25-50 people - Additional $1.00/person
• For Fewer Than 35 People - Add $1.00/person (Delivery Only)
• All You Can Eat Meals we guarantee to be able to feed 10% over the number you call for without running out of food
• While not all menus are All You Can Eat, every meal that we serve is a healthy portion to which you will not go away hungry
• Kids 5 & under eat free with the exception of burgers or hotdogs
